How will I be able to identify the Nairobi Airport Help Representative meeting me?

All representatives will be in uniform, including a name badge; they will also be displaying an A4 sign displaying our logo and the name the service has been booked under.

Can I cancel a reservation that I've booked and paid?

We allow cancellations and full refunds up to 24 hours before booked date and time. If the cancellation is within 24 hours to booked time the payment will be forfeited as preparations will have been made. Cancellations should be made in writing to info@nairobiairporttransfers.com. Note: Refund amount will be less transaction charges.

Do you offer discounts on your packages?

For a group of more than 5 we may allow a discount. Therefore contact us for such arrangements.

Do you cater for special cases like expectant mothers, pets, handicapped people etc?

A sim card can be obtained and activated in the shops in the airport or in the city’s malls. However, you only need your passport to register as a subscriber.

How is the weather in Kenya and how does it determine my dressing?

Kenya and East Africa are essentially equatorial based with sunny periods in January to March and August to October. If you are visiting to stay, then we will advise based on your plans, either business, tours, mountain climbing etc
